I’m assuming that this wouldn’t be affected by a Race Chip tune at all correct?

No affect. Can be used with racetune as well

The CS coding is a bundle price and the DME LCI flash is a seperate cost.

the bimmer-remote guys say it does not affect warranty since it uses factory BMW software (no unlocks required) and it doesn't trigger the tune notification on ISTA. But it's still tuning so it has the potential to void the warranty if something did go wrong.
