I placed an order on December 19 for the Twikight Purple and they told me about a 3 month wait or so as well. That I had ordered the car at a perfect time so im guessing a batch of individual colors will be made but still waiting on a production number and the sad part is im cash ready 😭

Placed order on November 26 (I received my order number). Genius told me I have an April 6 through 12 build week (subject to change). She told me a good guess to get the car would be July or August.

I must have been one of the unlucky ones that got my twilight purple allocation at the worst wait times. Allocation was 8/19/24 and build week is supposedly week 9. I’m committed to the wait now, but knowing that I’d probably be taking delivery around now with a non individual color, I would not have chosen an individual if I could go back. From what I’ve gathered, I probably won’t see delivery until sometime in June. My first BMW so I’m excited, but god damn is this wait brutal.

I originally wanted a TP. Dealer said three months. I did some research and found out the dealer was grossly optimistic. Ditched the TP idea and went with PBM. Even with a normal color it will be over four months.

My individual TP was approved by the factory on Dec 18. Let's see how long it takes.

Got my production number last week and called genius today re. my Voodoo Blue M2. Got told tentative production week 23 (June 2025).

The wait is hard. I’m like ok maybe I should buy this used TT RS or RS 5. But then I’m like well more money available for mods when I get it 😆
Ceramic, tint, intake, exhaust, audio upgrades and some cosmetics are the first things.

Then after a year clutch/transmission stuff and then tune

Placed an order for a Grigio M2 in mid-December and received allocation/production number on 12/29/24. BMW Genius says I'm tentatively scheduled to go into production week 22 (Last week of May). Can anyone provide feedback as to how long it took to get scheduled for production on the online tracker? This wait is absolutely brutal... But worth it.
