2025 230i Tuxmats questions

Hey all, just got my cabin Tuxmats for my new 230ix and had a couple of questions. Did you all use the included clips and if so, which type and where? I have the front driver and passenger installed without clips for now as it's 20F outside and they don't seem super snug on the sides (I had some difficulty getting them to fit in the car, could be due to the temp and them being stiff).

Also, did your back seat one show up like this? Seems like whoever packed my mats didn't really care how they fit in the box.

Mine came slightly crooked also but when in place there is no more wrinkles. If wrinkles stay, hot summer days will help or an air dryer.

Yeah, it's not supposed to get above freezing here until the 23rd, so guess I will just have to wait until then and see how the front ones do.

I did email Tuxmat about it and they said it wasn't supposed to come like that and are sending me a new one free of charge and said I could keep the old one so I will toss it in storage as a backup.
