Introducing BSPK Carbon-Ceramic Brakes for the G8x – Performance Without Compromise
If you’re serious about reducing weight, improving handling, and maximizing braking performance, BSPK’s Carbon-Ceramic Brakes (CCB) for the BMW G8X M2/M3/M4 are here.
Designed for Enthusiasts, Engineered for Performance This isn’t just about the prestige of CCBs—it’s about real performance benefits where they matter most. The BSPK system dramatically reduces unsprung and rotational mass, delivering:
Tailored for the G8X Platform The G8X M cars are beasts, but they aren’t lightweights. That’s why every pound saved in the braking system makes a massive impact on how the car feels and performs. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all kit—BSPK CCBs are engineered specifically for the demands of the G8X chassis, providing the perfect balance of weight reduction, durability, and stopping power. Built to Last – With No Downsides Unlike steel rotors that wear down and require frequent pad replacements, BSPK CCBs are designed to last the life of your car for most users. Even heavy track drivers will see dramatically extended longevity compared to traditional setups—with reasonable replacement costs if/when needed.. As someone who tracks regularly, this is one of the most exciting elements IMHO. We've been teased with the performance of CCBs for decades but replacement cost made tracking with CCBs wildly impractical, that paradigm is about to change. No Dust, No Noise—Just Pure Performance
Why BSPK? If you know my work with BSPK Forged Wheels, you know I don’t just resell parts—I develop solutions that make a real difference. My approach to CCBs is no different—enthusiast-driven, performance-focused, and designed to transform how your G8X drives. ⚙️ Available Very Soon – Stay Tuned for Additional Details If you want lighter, stronger, and track-ready brakes for your G8X M2/M3/M4, DM me or drop a comment . Testing is ongoing but having had these on for almost a month now, I am extremely impressed with the performance. I’m planning to offer a few spots for early adopters before full-scale availability. Let’s get your G8X braking better, handling sharper, and performing at its peak. For clarity, this will be sold as a complete solution, 4 rotors and pads. The kit is 100% plug and play with your existing steel brakes. I completed the swap in about 90 minutes. More technical info to follow but wanted to get this out there as I've been really pleased with the solution thus far and excited to get it on people's radar. More info coming very soon. I have had them on my car for ~1k miles now and remain extremely impressed with the solution.
The biggest delay is simply weather. There is some instrumented performance testing I am planning to do but am waiting for the snow to fully melt here in Boston. I've done some initial testing already and they are already outperforming the stock steel brakes (on sub 30* tarmac), but really what's impressive is the repeatability. I get the same results over and over. I think this is going to be a great upgrade for people looking for increased performance, longevity, and convenience (I haven't cleaned my wheels in 3 weeks and they're spotless, which in and of itself is pretty amazing).
