Aftermarket Carbon Air Ducts - Very Disappointed!

The Tre by AutoID TR87 carbon air ducts I ordered arrived. I like the subtle rounded scoop design of them since everything else seems to have either one or two angled slats which everybody is going with. I was surprised to find they are not an OEM fit as stated on their website. Instead of using the OEM clips in the bumper, they are secured by tape and zip-ties. I believe the KIES version is the only one I've seen using the factory bumper clips to secure them?
