Coding different colors for ambient lighting

Just wondering if anyone has coded different colors for the ambient lighting? If you look at the g20 forums or any G series people have successfully coded different colors using expert mode.

https://g20.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...789488&page=11

If you scroll down that link you can find an example of what I mean. Do you think the method for the G20 will be the same for the G42?

The link doesn’t work for me. I coded in hidden colors that aren’t available by default,if that’s what you mean? I’m running red right now

Yup that's what I meant. Did you use bimmercode? We're you able to code the map light, floor light, door light all the same color? I fixed the link. Should work now.

I used BimmerCode,I changed all mine without using expert. Just pick a color and it replaces bronze. Everything above gets changed at once

Hello,

I wanna change the ambient lighting too with bimmercode. But when i click bm 2 series and go to body domain controller, there is no option for ambient lighting. The only option is to go to expert mode and code them yourself. How did you get the options to just pick a color? Did you enter bimmercode by clicking 3 series?

Thanks
