Hey now.

I’m planning to try my hand with Autocross this year. Starting with a two day intro class the SCCA runs outside of Chicago. That’s in April.

I’ve got a helmet, and I’ve read plenty of blogs and watched a million videos.

Here’s my question:

Should I buy some numbers for the car, or should I calm down for a minute and start off with painters tape?

It isn’t about the cost of the numbers, I just don’t want to look like an idiot or a d-bag showing up as a rank novice for my first outing with some pre-made numbers.
