I callded to speak to the service manager at the dealer I had been dealing with and he agreed to get the car back in the shop. That was this past Monday, 3/10/25. I was to bring my car in for them to open another case and given a loaner vehicle. Due to part availabilty my car was with them for 2 days. The good news is the rattle is completely gone. Looking over the Repair Order I see what many of you have uncovered and that is: Replacement of both shocks (M240) Support Bearing from 19-24 M340 and the Center Plate from 19-25 M340. Also replaced torx screw with coil and hex nut...etc. I consider myself a patient person and due to the fact that my car has just over 15k miles in 2 years and 3 months I had had enough with the rattle in the right rear. Again it is a 23 M240i x drive, 11/22 build with the ZTK cooling and HP tire package.

Could you post a photo of the repair order outlining what they did? Thanks.
