I'm not surprised at the pricey maintenance cost. The brake calipers alone scream I'm expensive.
The worst part is not just the brake cost, but the fact that you must change all 4 at the same time regardless. And you cannot resurface calipers, you must replace...etc.

The bottom of this car is really flat and almost completely enclosed. The rear carbon fiber diffuser at the bottom looks nice too.

Why would the calipers be replaced? I think its the rotors.
Never the less, that's a expensive maintenance plan!

You sure you don't mean to say resurface the rotors. and not the CALIPERS?

Talking to the dealerships, they do charge for maintenance. In fact one of the service manager was showing me a service ticket for a 2 weeks old car that has already been tracked and just came back in for service.

I'm pretty certain they have to charge for service just because each dealership spends upward of $35,000 to get the equipment plus the training to be eligible to sell/service a GTR. Even with the $20,000 mark up, they still need to recover that cost, so service is the way to do it.
so how does this equate to "service ever 1750 miles". Even Lambo service intervals arent that short.

That's what they said, 1750 is the recommended interval. What do you mean how does this equates to it? Don't ask me, i don't work for Nissan.

And yes, I meant rotors, not calipers.

Different dealership might charge differently. And yes, $6k is a cheap brake job...

That car is FUGLY, and what the fuck is with the Playstation inspired interior?

I did not know about the maintenance costs...It sounds extremely ridiculous.

So far my E90 M3 has cost me nothing in maintenance costs.
