I mean the image could be wrong (as it is that is a 3 Series), but those sure don't look like the big brakes in the picture. My calipers and rotors look larger than that.

Yes, but when you add them and go to Summary, the image of the car now has the large brakes as compared to the image without the package.

Ah, that’s kinda disappointing. I actually have lumbar support on my build too, but now I’m hesitating — it feels incomplete without the side bolsters and I do not plan to pay extra $1.5k for leather. If you had known this earlier, would you still have added lumbar, deleted it, or just thrown in the extra $1.5k for leather&side bolsters?

Looks like the "M Technology Package" is now a thing in the US configurator. For only $300 for bigger brakes, sounds like a steal.
So the nicer/wider wheels/tires are $1,200 and the brakes $300, so to get the original $2,400, the oil cooler is 'worth' $900 to BMW. I'm totally fine opting out of the unprotected oil cooler I would have to pay $450 for a cover that I have to modify, etc. |

The M Technology package now shows that it includes larger brakes, larger rotors and Shadowline lights.

Yep...those were what were delivered on or '25 230i M Sport with the 995M dual color staggered wheels.
I did find that the Pirelli summers did not roll over as much on track n the front as I had experienced with the MPSS on our former '19 230. That was a pleasant surprise as I figured I'd need new summers next year. |
