Talks about the auditing of the funds, or should I say lack thereof. Any fund managing anywhere near $50B better have one of the top 4 or 5 firms doing their auditing, and the investors in it should have performed more due diligence.

Also, remember if it sounds too good to be true it normally is to good to be true.
