how many pieces of sushi/sashimi in one pound?

Yeah, I saw that a few days ago. My guess is that a piece of sushi or sashimi is 1 oz. If the fish weighs 282 lbs, I'm guessing it will have a "net weight" around 240 - 250 lbs (skin, bones, fins, head, etc.)
If we go on the low end, that is 3,840 pieces of sushi/sashimi, or $26 per piece. Since restaurants are usually 50% margin (or 100% markup if you prefer that method), a single piece is going to run at least $50.......
