Already a few years ago. German Television, a big boss with lots of shops/ houses in a street is being interviewed on TV. Talking a bit about the nice neighbourhood and that he bought a house for $$$ and sold it quite fast for lots more, blablabla. But his real character shows after a young guy tries to talk to him

I think the businessman is a bit of an arrogant bastard, but fun to watch.
