I was inspired today......some of my friends did the LA triath today. It was kewel......those pro's are f'ing fast!!!!!!!!!

So......I am down for 10k fo sho...and if my knee holds up....i am down for Santa clarita!

I think I am kind of ready for the 5k. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday with various incline, did it in 30mins, not sure if that's good or not. Now I just need some decent running shoes instead of running with wore out basketball shoes

Congrats Hermin! Just do a 10k instead. That way you're really looking towards a "finish." You'll be taking your body to the extremes man!
