I just read that because this happened outside of competition he's not subject to any kind of ban or suspension from competitive swimming. Good, then that's the end of it.

BTW - He did admit that it was him in the pic, and apologized. I don't think he should have to apologize for smoking pot but whatever. At least his career isn't going to be messed up over something so trivial.
