Yes, It's called Lo-Fi or Chill. The version they play is the ethno or neo-ethnic version of it. Many influences from Reggae, Indian, Persian and Arabic music.

+1. If you have access to Sirius or XM, go to the dance section and there's a channel call Chill. They play this sort of music 24/7.
