Watches: authorized vs unauthorized dealers
I'm curious as to what are the benefits of buying from either one. On some watches you can get much better deals from unauthorized dealers because they don't have to follow the guidelines set by the manufacturer. On the other hand, you don't get the manufacturer warranty but the store usually matches the length of the warranty.
Has anyone bought from Jomashop.com before or any unauthorized movado dealers? The one I'm looking at sells for $510 at Jomashop and about $900+ at authorized dealers. I'm just curious as to what you guys think- spend almost double the price for the warranty? |

Jomashop is a well known online watch store. They are authorized on most there watches i thought.
My opinion though is do what u feel is comfortable. Check overstock.com see if they are authorized. GL. http://www.overstock.com/Jewelry-Wat...1/product.html Just bought this from them. They have great watches on that site for great prices. |

Jomashop is reputable.
Many, many (most?) online dealers are hocking reps. Some good, some really bad. I've seen some that are so obviously fake it's not even close.
