cracking an old iPhone
I have an old iPhone that I'd like to use as an alarm clock (hell, I might as well get some use out of the $600 I spent on the thing!).
However, the time is not correct on it. If I connect it to itunes, it will synch, realize that the SIM card is no longer valid, and lock up on me. What is the easiest way to 'jailbreak' it, so I can use it freely. Thanks. |

well, the problem I am having is that neither of my old phones is activated.
all I get is the screen with the USB plug & iTunes logo on the screen, with the option to make an emergency calls only. of coarse I can't activate it, because I have an active iphone account. it's a tough one. |
