Doesn't seem like they'd need to. I read a story yesterday about how they are running out of a lot of models all over the US because of the cash for clunkers program.

I think it's a great idea. I basically bought my 2006 civic online. Asked the dealer if they would sell it for $17k and told them if they would, I would go in to sign the papers immediately. If they were selling hondas on ebay at that time, I would have bought it on ebay.
