I think I just inhaled some mold... Help

I was cleaning my room and spotted some lime slices I had eaten about two months ago on a paper plate hidden somewhere in my cabinets. I picked the lime slices up and they were covered with a substance that looked identical to dirt. I assume this is mold and as I was cleaning the area I think I inhaled some of it and I am beginning to freak out a little bit. Does anyone have any experience with this? How do I go about cleaning up the remaing mold?

mold? dont be scared of mold. Its nothing to worry about unless taken in on massive quantities. As a smoker, its safe to say that ive consumed maybe 3oz of mold in my lifetime, and im fine. dont freak out. LYSOL spray immidiately kills that shit.

instead of posting in a car forums off topic section, you should probably call a doctor or some shit.
