How to send large files via email

How can I send a 4gb file via email. Or where can I upload the file so its secure?

I know google it. But Im looking for a free service.

If you're looking to send it to someone, transfer it to them via some kind of messenger program. You can also split it up with a compression program. What exactly are you trying to do, send it or store it?

forgot my flash card at home. i need to send a 4gb file to my email or get it copied somehow to my home computer.
