Don't know if they were the first ever, but they were among (if not) the best. I'm dating myself, but this was one of my favourite groups 20 years ago in high school - and they weren't exactly new at that time either.
Now, I have two daugthers aged 8 and 7 and they ask 'what type of music is that?' when I play through itunes the odd time. |
