In the US I believe its a combined masters and doctorate. So you get both while in the program. They range from 4-8 years.

All you need to get in is a college degree. Psych, IMHO, is one of the least challenging degrees. I think the only thing less challenging is communications. But dont tell psych people that, they think its the toughest degree out there.

I'm sure there are some great psych program and at a higher level it gets ridiculous, but college psych from my experience is.....eh.

edit: Also, after you do a clinical psych program in the US, you need to do ANOTHER program to be able to prescribe. I believe its an extra 2 years.

Seems to be much easier in the US than here in Canada the entrance GPA to even major in psych is higher than engineering. Minimum 3.6 to get into clinical, I was actually looking to go into psych but decided spending 8 years before I start to earn money was too much so went with engineering.

Don't really know much about anthro though. My GF got her undergrad in psychology and is doing a master's in social work because she wants to be a clinical therapist. She's doing an internship right now and works with people a lot and seems to really like it. Maybe look into that.
yeah, but US, you're a nobody in Accounting unless you have a CPA. If you're going to do accounting you must have the drive to follow through with a CPA, otherwise you will never make the money you want to make.

my uncle got hired at a prestigious accounting firm right out of college without his CPA, and makes a good living. He took the CPA exam once and failed by like 2 points(dont know how they score, but he barely failed). Now he is taking his time to make sure he passes it the next time because it isnt cheap to take it lol.

note he still wants the CPA.
My accounting professor told me that at one of those firms, a CPA tag is like a nose, everyones got one, but if you don't, you surely will stick out.
