It's amazing how poorly some of these vendors run their businesses. My dad owns his business and will go to great lengths to hide how much he makes from his clients.

When the owner of a business shows off his Lambo, it only makes you think that he's overcharging, whether it's true or not. Getting into pissing matches with members only makes the company look like even more of a joke. This should be common sense, but I guess not...
