Looking For A Video.....

I've been trying to find this video for 2 days now and it's driving me nuts!!!

Hope someone here can find it.
On to the details:
Sooooo it's a video about how car culture is like dying off and how we need more car enthusiasts to save it. It talks about how everyone needs to group together instead of hating on each other just because someone is USDM or JDM. I don't think the footage was anything special. (but i do remember a sunset if that helps) During the video some guy is talking the whole time about what he thinks about the situation. I think I saw it on Vimeo, but I maybe wrong. Anyway was just hoping someone on the boards knows what i'm talking about.

Never seen the vid but it would take a lot of persuading to get me to like hardcore JDM culture. I'd rather have car culture as a whole die a bit than have a massive resurgence of late-90s-to-early-2000s japanese shit modding flooding the street again.
