Think that the seats in your BMW are just your average car seats or merely an afterthought? To BMW engineers, the seat is considered a part of the vehicle's suspension and taken very seriously as part of the car's engineering process. Here is a look into the labs where the driver's seat is engineered to fit and enhance the sporty nature of a BMW.

If you prefer the floaty boat feeling!

BMW/Volvo=best in the business hands down... IMO and for most car reviewers.

For standard seats I would definitely say that Volvo is best! If your opt for it, BMWs comfort seats beats Volvo tough...

BMW seats are the leaders in the industry. Even Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, thinks the seats in his 650i vert are best to any. And he's 270lbs of muscle.

tough to beat Volvo's seats.

I don't know, maybe it's just me but I think Audi"s seats are alot more comfortable and hold you in your place than any. But it's just my opinion

I'm pretty happy with my sport seats. However, the dynamic seats in an amg that applies pressure on the opposite side to keep you in place as you turn....

At the end, when he is talking about sitting in seats blindfolded, does he almost say Mercedes but correct himself? "... you know you are not in a merc/different car"

Army doctors put six screws and two steel plates in my lower back 28 years ago. As I've aged my back has become less and less tolerant of uncomfortable seating of any kind.

BMW's seats are what got me into them in the first place. I've tried everything else in my price range and BMW's are it for me.

Micro management on this level - only from German engineers.

I absolutely love the sport seats in my E92. Best car seats I've ever sat in. Very supportive around turns and supremely adjustable.
