MK9 Tuesday release

I've been a die hard Mortal Kombat fan since the movie and I came out. It's been a while since they've released a 2d game (capcom). Anyway, this game looks sic. Check out Ed Boon describing the game. Also, check out the xray movie, just sic!!

It does look like it plays rather nice. The only 3d MK that I liked was MK4. I never really got into Deception or Armageddon. I didn't even bother trying Mortal Kombat vs. DC, but this game does look intriguing.

I haven't played MK since MK2 on SNES...when I was like 6 or 7 probably.

This looks pretty sweet.

Damn I didn't realize it was going to be out so soon. Portal 2 will have me pre-occupied, but I'll definitely be getting this eventually.

I got this Tuesday, the game is pretty fun. It's just like the old one, but with better graphics and more blood and gore. Even the "wooooo whoooooo" guy pops up in the corner of the screen after a big combo. Theres a ton of shit to unlock and the fatalities are fucking awesome!

I did just a quick ladder tourney against the comp and i kept getting stuck against Noob Saibu, that fucker and his ghost twin!

oh, and slow motion broken bones/body parts ftw!
