I'm a big PS3 guy, but I have respect for the Halo games because I've wasted so many hours of my life playing them... but I enjoyed every minute of it.

I'll be honest, I was a devoted PS3 guy, never owned an Xbox until a few weeks ago. My first Halo game was Reach. I plan on catching up on the storyline at some point.

I play online sometimes, and treat every kill as pure luck in this game, haha.

Halo 1 and 2 are $10 insta downloads over xbl and halo 3 shouldn't be that expensive anymore.

I'm going the opposite way - want PS3 games, but have a couple 360 games. Doubt you're interested in the games, but figured I'd ask - as you can see I don't keep up with the latest and greatest heh.

I just wanted to catch up on some PS3 exclusives...most stuff on 360 I can just get on PC. Though I did trade CoD4 (PS3) for Red Dead Redemption (360).

I always was the biggest poster child for halo, but shit... im tired of it. lol im being honest.

BATTLEFIELD? never got tired of playing it. And im sure to say I have at least wasted 3000-4000 hours of my life playing it. If i can die with a total playtime of BF series @ 30,000 hours i think i can say i died happy.

I dont think halo has any playability after 900 hours for ALL of the series. While I will get Halo 4, i know im not going to reach farther than lvl 5 online. Because ill be like : where's that battlefield though?

30k hrs in BF would be awesome. I played 2800hrs of BF2, loved every min of it

Halo is a completely different FPS with its 4v4, small maps and very set weapons that you have to pick up. That combines for a very incredible competitive experience which i loved even more than BF2 honestly. I feel that if you get a team of 4 together for Halo, the playability is infinite.

Tribes 2, Halo 3 and Battlefield 2 are the only 3 games ive played constantly for a year without getting bored. I'm so syched for all their sequels coming out

I used to play 2-3 times a week at tournaments that would be set up. Im talking about 8 projector screens, multi LAN madness. I have had so many more intense experiences with halo, because of the community. I have also had the same pleasure with battlefield, we did the same running 30+ people in a gym with laptops. When I wanted to play something else, I had a group of 3 to play rise of nations with.

I just know that if BF had that same audience, that same level of gamer participation, that it would pwn the halo experience. When i get my new apartment im setting up a 150ft projector, and having 3 72" tv's each with an xbox, so I will have my sqaud right next to me at all times. I cant wait to mow them fuckers down on BF. I feel like Halo is getting a bit watered down... But thats just me I guess Ill still see you guys on Halo though
