Don't underestimate your imagination paired with the right exercises you achieve one muscelar goal after another!
Check out calesthenics, I can only speak from my own experience...unbelievable gains as body weight exercises do force you to get on in shape... With just one freaking trizeps workout your complete upper body gets in shape in no time! With getting in shape Iam not talking about, some definition...you guys turn into supermans. Mark my words and now get the hell out of here nd get them trizeps BURNING!!!!! |

Imagination is key with the TRX, always experimenting with new ways to stress my body. I am oblivious to anyone or anything around when in the zone. Have ended a session and caught several people standing watching what I was doing. One young lady described it as "you looked like you were floating"

So I hopped on the stair master today, had my headphones on and doing my thing. These two guys hopped on the ones directly to my left and right (the only ones free). I guess they knew each other because they kept talking to each other with me in between them.
That sucked |

Yesterday at the gym an older guy (prob about 55-60) was jumping around from machine to machine doing one set on each getting his nasty ball sweat all over everything then moving along. Not cleaning off the machine or anything.
So one of my main gripes are people that are too damn lazy to spend 5 seconds to wipe off a bench, machine, etc. after using it. Followed by the post above me, x2 about stinky mother fukcers.

Going to the gym, sweat is just part of the process. Does it really make any difference if the seat is a bit drier? Whatever socially communicable disease I have is still going to be there, dry or not. NOBODY is walking around with a bottle of bleach and fresh towels. |

Ass sweat seat print is just gross. So is bench sweat soul glo. Maybe I'm not old school and ignore sweaty seats but I also don't like getting MRSA. |

I don't leave a "pool" anywhere, but I'm not disinfecting every surface I touch either. Does it make you feel better if I use my shirt and wipe off the pool? |

I have a very rigorous selection criteria: the closet one to my house, so I don't have THAT excuse not to go. It's just over 1 mile now. |
