Aesthetics aside, they do look hella comfortable, with easily ingress and egress due to the deflatable side bolsters..

I guess currently best way to test how they'll feel is to go sit in a available G42 2 Series, while wearing some alcantara pants.. 😗

These seats are flagrantly unattractive to subliminally scold any M2 customer who doesn't want to throw down an extra $3,800 for the more palatable Carbon Bucket option..

Sort of how they used to identify unfaithful women in the Salem witch period, by branding them with a scarlet "A" across their chest. These fugly seats are the same concept because it's an instant beacon to be cast and ridiculed by the contemporary townspeople or peers at Cars & Coffee because of its more grotesque design.. 😗

This is just my opinion, I could be wrong..

US will get those seats but fully electric. Same exact thing they did with non-comp F87(OG).

I am just a little underwhelmed with this M2, don't like the grill, to me it's not BMW, should have been like the M4, just a bit smaller maybe. Have a contract signed with my dealer for one so to be first cab off the rank, but feel that BMW could have done so much more with this M2's appearence.

If 90% of the car is coming from the M3 & M4 I cannot believe that more of a statement could have been on the exterior. They state its wider than the standard 2 series coupe and the wheel base is different as well.

If not for the rondel on the bonnet you would not pick it as a BMW, wonder how long it will take for some aftermarket company to come up with a grill replacement, reminds me of a dodge or something just cannot place my finger on what car this is similar too?.
Anyway that's my feelings, probably should get a M4?

Different shape and silhouette. Designs cues from one don't necessarily work on the other.
