How do you account for him winning 2/3rds of all McLaren wins and 87% of he pole positions when he was there against ALO, KOV and BUT?

Lastly, how do you account for him achieving 4 pole positions and 2 wins whilst driving the 6th fastest car on the grid in 2009?

The pressure was getting to him in that Las Vegas converted car park but his GP drivers physical training just pulled him through and they didn't have all the fancy electronic training gismos then.
I believe he possessed a full pilot's licence and flew himself in his exec. jet to the GP races.

Well my friend as you say he wants the glory so he has too take some pain to get it, ok a lot of pain and effort,it's the only way to beat the Merc steamroller and with his better bet teammate to back the RB up with.

I think of him as, "The Forgotten Champion". He had the misfortune of racing in the era just before and during Senna/Prost. He was one of my favs in his early years!!

Dudes. They were out of shape compared to the drivers of today. None of those drivers could stand the physical efforts and G-forces the cars of today generate. They were awesome but for different reasons.

Physically, they are NO MATCH for the drivers of today. Just like in 99.99 percent of all sports now. And Snooker.

Today the cars are build around the drivers by advanced technology .
And the today's drivers are in better shape as well .
BUT...

Within a decade , we can say this again !

I know of what I'm talking about , as I work with robots in the injection molding process .
