Today was a good day because the Atlanta Hawks gave a beat down to the New York Knicks and take the series 4-1. Trae Young is da man! First player in NBA history to score 30+ points in 3 consecutive games at MSG. Not even Jordan or anyone else has accomplished that feat.

Today was a good day because we closed on the NC house AND I got the FL house painted and the colors we chose actually look great. Hard to tell from a little paper square so I was nervous until I saw it.

Thanks! Closing was scheduled for today and was going to be remote. I got up earlier than usually to get ready. I was expecting to sign a bunch of stuff or something. Called the lawyer and she was like ummm yeah your done, we got the wire yesterday and seller did her part yesterday also so that's it. You can pick up the keys when you get here.

That was easier than buying a car.

Funny you say that, Rick. My last 3 haircuts were done by me and my wife. It took way too long to do it and they did not come out at all the way my hair cutter, who I've been going to for years, does it.

Sick of doing it myself, I texted Becky, my hair cutter, Saturday evening and we agreed on 2pm the next day. Went there with my mask on and she had hers on as well. What took me forever to do took her about 20 minutes, and was pretty much perfect, as always.

Feels so good to get some normalcy back in my life.
