Not sure this is true across the board. My CA gets news the same day that mygarage is updated, at least that was the case during the build process. He would usually text me later in the morning with updates that I already saw on mygarage earlier in the morning. Genius appears to have updates at the same time as well. Maybe once shipment begins then the CA gets information before mygarage/genius.

Yeah, RFT was Friday, May 12th. I’m confused. I called the genius line and they don’t have any additional information. It might have gotten on the boat. They told me to call back later today or tomorrow.

I would guess you’re on a west coast vessel. East Coast ports are a long way from Minnesota. Lol.

Shipping nerd here.

A huge amount of maritime traffic to that region goes through the Gulf of St Lawrence through Erie Canal into the Great Lakes.

Generally the Great Lakes / Midwest are serviced by either that waterway or from the south via the Mississippi (one of the most active shipping waterways in the world). (Ex: by river to St. Louis, then via truck for the final leg.)

In BMW's case, we care about VDCs, though. The Baltimore VDC processes "cars destined for Mid-Atlantic states and the Central region." I assume that covers Minneapolis.

I don't see any destination information yet, but BMW allegedly only contracts NYK for west coast deliveries.

Morning Concert is in Veracruz, which would be East Coast of Mexico. LZC is a west coast port.
