Still at NJ VPC, "Repair" Work Order (which I assume is for the HAS install) started but not completed, no carrier assigned or tentative date.

Right there with you. Car still at port although it was supposed to be on a truck on the 25th. Genius was not helpful today and said there could be delays due to the holidays; asked me to reach out to the CA. CA already gave me a vague timeline of 1-2 weeks last Tuesday. My patience is running so thin now. The wait is cruel.

I called genius today after my dealer gave me an answer and they said I’m still on the ship 🤣🤣 you can’t make this up they know nothing

Maybe for the M340 but not my M2. It doesn't look like that.

I haven't updated my car on my profile on the forums, but it's for my M2.

Edit: Actually scratch that. I will need to look further, it's just what the individual showed me all of the features for the car and told me. Maybe he's wrong?

I feel this. My M4 was scheduled to depart the VPC on 23 NOV. My dealer is 1 HOUR away from the port. It's still sitting at the port as of today. Genius has no answer. CA has no answer. It's already bad enough that my car was supposed to unload at Baltimore, but instead of that it stayed on the ship all the way until Brunswick, GA only to get unloaded there, then trucked all the way back up the East coast to the Baltimore VPC where it should have been unloaded in the first place. I should have picked it up at least a couple weeks ago.

Oh my goodness. Hope you have an update soon. We are supposed to start our annual road trip on the 18th. My hopes got high after the Sunrise arrived in NJ. But now I am not confident about anything 😐

Poor you😐 For a global brand like BMW, the logistics surely is messed up. Quite disappointing. I can't believe that a company of this size cannot invest more resources to make the logistical process streamlined. Amazon has ruined the customer service experience and expectation for me!

Congrats to those who got their cars! Just a little longer to those still waiting!

Additionally, I don't have IDrive 8.5. Not sure how I feel about that, I'm used to Idrive 6 from the supra so I'd have to get used a new system completely, what I do miss are the hard buttons for the climate control though...

I was on the way to the dealership yesterday and on Turnpike I saw a handful of trucks carrying M2s and M340s. So hopefully some of yall are on it 🤞
