When I was 16 I had a summer job at Big Tub Lodge in Tobermory. One of my many jobs was to clean the bathrooms in the campground. I learned early that people aren't right.

People can be gross pigs! What the hell is it that brings out the worst in some people in a public bathroom? Because they know they can get away with it? I don't get it.

I don't know what is wrong with folks. I imagine the 1st dude at the urinal (after the restroom was just cleaned) drips on the floor. So, the next dude, not wanting get it on his shoes, stands back even further, exacerbating the problem until no one can get more than 3 feet in the door without walking on piss. I guess there's no shortage of short peckers.

You ever been to the French Quarter in NOLA? I swear folks (men and women) just open the washroom door and piss from the threshold in the general direction of the bowl.
