HI, i was wondering if maybe someone have some fiedback on the VR Tuned chip for M2 G87? I watched their videos on youtube, seems legit but what is the real dif between them (VR TUNED, dinan) and racechip GT5 black but the price?

Mainly the mapping.
I am sure that VR is using same hardware as RaceChip.

I have racechip from my ‘21 G80 MT that I would like to reuse on my M2, but I didn’t notice anywhere in this thread if anyone has actually tried it. My car isn’t through break-in yet so I haven’t given it a go. I’m debating if I need to send it to get reprogrammed while I wait to get through break-in.

I’d like to know if this works. If it does I’ll pay extra for the reprogramming. I have the race chip and I’d like more power.

1x reprogramming is when you are switching cars that require reprogramming.
It is not to do a custom map for your current car that is running a RaceChip.
RaceChip doesn't have custom map. At least not yet and nothing in the plan.

I'm wondering if anyone here uses Race Chip on the G87 manual. I've seen a lot of positive feedback and I'm very impressed. I'm curious about the impact of Race Chip on daily driving. I've read that it improves performance significantly and makes the car more efficient. I'm not too concerned about fuel efficiency, but I do enjoy daily driving and giving it a bit of a nudge every now and then! Can anyone share their experience?

Do you think the power & torque increase is more than what they claim? I see on the Dyno it is 573hp & 533 ft. lb

I installed it over the weekend, it made a significant increase in Power & Torque. However, the wheel spin is crazy in 1st and 2nd, and if the traction is off it's even worse! Purchased it directly from Race Chip. I will recommend it to anyone who's sitting on the fence.
