One of the many reasons I have enjoyed Bimmerpost for many years.......it is not just about cars. It's like a big family filled with all sorts of characters and discussions. What a lovely sendoff Artemis. One we would all wish for and appreciate. RIP

Gone too soon. I never met him in person like some had the pleasure of doing.

He was a kind soul and always treated me like a friend.

I want to thank his family for sharing him with us. You raised a fine man.

I had dreams of doing ED someday, and knew from the many helpful and insightful posts that Dack was the one to go to for tips and suggestions on where to go and what to see. A staggering loss for this community. Man, this year has been brutal.

RIP Dackelone. I never had the privilege to meet him but I loved his reports on events at the Welt and the incredible knowledge and passion he showed in all his posts. My condolences to his loved ones.
