Remember, his primary goal has been to defend but Tuchel has really taken advantage of his skill set and made him a versatile attacker on the wing which is amazing to watch. Yes, you are spot on about his uncanny ability with his first touch. So not only is he leading the team in scoring his defense is stout as well.

LOL. I figured that but it reminded me of that shitty outcome yesterday. Usually they're awesome on set pieces and they had 15 corners on the day! There are some key players out though and I keep forgetting Kovacic has been out injured. Kante was out as well. Yeah Werner continues to frustrate.

I wish Tuchel had put Pulisic in earlier. He and Ziyech have been playing well together.

You're right though, they could actually have lost that match which would have been embarrassing, especially considering the dominance they showed throughout.

I'm starting to think Lukaku is a bust. He's been injured for several weeks and finally got a minimal amount of time on the pitch but has looked like shit. I almost favor having Havertz up front at the moment. Lukaku looks like he's stuck in sand when he tries to run.

WTF is going on with them lately? Their defense has gone to crap. I didn't watch the game either but read about what happened. Christ, Werner scored 2 goals along with one by Lukaku. Couldn't ask for anything more on the offensive side but it sounds like the defense let them down once again. Kepa was playing keeper but they said he played well. I have certainly lost confidence in Mendy lately. That dumb ass lost the game for them against West Ham last weekend.

As if things couldn't get worse, Kovacic who just returned from injury got COVID. Kante still out with a knee issue. A few defenders are out (Chilwell, Chalobah). What a miserable past several days.

I watched the game and it was embarassing, we had Reece James playing central mid with Barkley, Saul and CHO playing wing backs, both were garbage, Sarr playing defence with, Christiansen and Azpi, we did not play to win, Kepa played well, Werner was player of the game, Lukaku is too slow and his touch is terrible

Lukaku is a bust. We're definitely hurting in the defensive midfield and we badly need the starters back in the lineup. Saul is a major bust as well. What were they thinking??

Saul Niguez is a bust? Shocked at that. Was hoping to recruit him or Neves for our midfield last year. Chelsea starting to slip with all of the issues with the squad.
