I have a build date of 9/16 and my website says i am waiting for transport, but just got a pic of the screen from CA, and i am on the Glovis Cardinal and due to arrive in GA tomorrow. So it looks like the website is widely behind once you get to the ready for transport stage.
Anyone around my build date, should ask their CA to check the latest in their status system! Does anyone know which line manages the Glovis Cardinal? Last edited by TheDrivenGarage; 10-05-2023 at 07:12 PM.. |

Just called the Genius line and they said my car is at port since 10/1 sitting in a warehouse waiting for the next ship to arrive and get loaded up on. She said if there is a ship waiting to dock within the next few days it'll get on that ship (the 10/5 ship that left today maybe???). If not, it'll be 3 weeks til another one arrives which would align with my theory of the 10/29 ship. I think that's the first time I've heard about a warehouse at port. Anyone else heard that?

I called the Genius line today, but they weren't very informative. They just said that the car should have left the factory several days ago. They said to wait until the status is In Transit, and then call back for a boat to track.
Do CAs have different info than the Genius number? |

Did anyone get on a boat from build week 39 (Sept 25-29), or is everyone from weeks 38 (Sept 18-22) and earlier?

On paper I'm build week 40 although my car was completed on 9/29. We should be on the same ship whenever they tell us which is as we've seen a couple weeks delay.
