Yes. Your CA can check and send you a screenshot of the VIR. It has a lot of details on the VPC status.

Attached is a shot of mine. It says there is a VPC hold for Repairs.

Sorry to hear that. But at least you got to drive it and found the one issue that needs fixing. Hopefully it will be quick.

Idk if it’s better or worse I got to drive it. I feel like a crack head now🤣

Totally agree, just really stinks. At least I got mine while some ppl are still at port. Silver linings !

Picked mine up yesterday! I'll be returning to just the g20 forums, but I've appreciated you all in this group very much!

picked mine up.. had to go straight back to work, and it was snowing when i drove off the lot so not a lot of opportunity to get it on it. looks awesome, sounds awesome, idrive seems super non intuitive, drives like a new car. gonna go mess around with it in the parking lot to see if i can figure out the drive modes etc

Another random note from my drive to/from work today, I decided to turn on auto start/stop and it is MUCH MUCH less invasive on the M2 (manual) than it was on the Supra (Auto). I may actually keep it enabled now. The supra seemed to shut off when I was at like 1-2mph and then kind of "jerk" to a stop and to start again I had to take my foot off the brake or wait for the traffic in front of me to move.

With a manual its much smoother and as soon as I put it in neutral and stop (maybe let my foot off the clutch too, I need to double check) it turns off, to go back on you just push the clutch and put it in gear...so its just the normal operation and you don't need to anticipate as much if that makes sense.

I know I’m quoting myself but I just talked to my friend who bought a Supra with me the day I bought mine and his wife has a x5 40i (so same engine) and apparently the Supra start/stop is terrible compared to the x5. Both have the same b58 and zf8 auto so maybe the Toyota transmission tuning or something made it MUCH worse so anyone who got an auto and wants to keep start/stop on, it seems it’ll be just fine.

So my CA told me that he had called the port and been able to get ahold of someone who does the dispatching of the vehicles. Told them that my car needed to come over asap to the dealership. That the suspension had been done by Friday and they told him they would move me up so the car would be scheduled to be out on a truck next. Then my car came the next day. I thought he was just flexing... Like hey look at all I did for you... But now it's almost sounding like it might be true.
