I'm 99% sure it's fixable, ironically the spoiler may need to come off to fix it perfectly. Paint correction can be done by the amateur but if you mess it up you will need to repaint the trunk lid.

Much needed wash. The amount of salt laid down in the northeast is crazy. The pictures do not show how bad it was in person.

Hope the underside got a good flushing, too. When I see one of my vehicles looking like that I think I can actually hear the corrosion occurring lol.

I think for the short term, I might try an application of Meguiars Ultimate Compound and Polisher, just something temporary. Won't aggressively polish it or anything, but seeing a lot of good results online when using this product.

In the meantime I'll probably find a detailer in the next month or so

1) Holy crap that is a LOT of salt. Guess Texas is good in some ways lol

2) The more I see Shadowline trim on BGM, the more I like it. I've read it's a PITA to take those panels of the grill and inlets, but man if I don't wanna do em. Maybe that'll finally get me to go to a body shop and have them swap them out.
