I guess you meant Suspension, not Exhaust. I don’t think the supply issues applied to previous orders only new.

But, just received this from my SM;

I just sent you a revised purchase order with the items added. BMW told me they removed the suspension due to supply issues but were able to add it back in anticipation of the supply being back by the time your vehicle arrives at the port..

What are the Dive Planes?
Also, is that the spoiler zero21 got (G42)?

Did you SA give you an estimate of how much time the Port HAS would add?

It's the raised deck spoiler that's on the orange/black mperf car that looks like an exaggerated e36 wing. The dive planes are the air inlets on the bottom corners of the front bumper, it says on the printout he gave me "cf inlets" idk when/why the system renamed it "dive planes".
I didn't ask how much time it will add. Right now with the timeline I would be looking at mid-late July delivery without any delay from port install, and I'm out of town all of July so I figured what ever the delay might be I'm ok with.

A guy from the G80 forum told me 2-3 weeks add on for the Port HAS, but that seems long to me. I’ve read elsewhere it adds a week. I’m hoping it’s the later as I need to pick up from the PC by end of June (as of now I’m on the calendar for first week of June). I’m scheduled to finish production tomorrow. Where are you on the Production timeline?

The time it adds is negligible. If they are on top of the schedule at the port then they can add your M performance parts in a day and have the car moved along. At any given time though, a car without accessories can just sit there for weeks. Good luck figuring out any kind of schedule these days.

That's awesome you can get the ACE port installed. I might just go that route myself. So for parking mode how does it draw power, they use the fuse box method or ?

Game is curious how much the Dive Planes aka Carbon Inlets are Port Installed.

Not sure on that. There has been discussion of the ACE install on some other forums and there’s an install video on YouTube.

but thats only the parts without installing/ extra pats you need ( glue , 250 worth of nuts an screws for Suspension) ... (US Prices/ Port installed is installation included) so add to your page 300 to 500 for installation (Suspension 1k / needs a whole Day include alignment) then you have the same prices..

Yes clear, you can see below the “Anpassungszeit”. This is obviously on top and needs to be discussed with the dealer first. Suspension is also different to other parts, since I believe it is one of the longer things to fit. As for the nuts, they should actually come with the part.
