I currently use USPLABS white lightning on some days as a pre workout, but I really enjoyed my last tub of mr hyde. Pretty good stim based pre, but I didnt favour the crash at the end of my workouts

if i eat a big meal b4 i take my preworkout, that will slow down the preworkout absorption right? sometimes i have a big meal, drink preworkout on way to gym, and i don't feel the pump til midway into session.

Agreed. I cannot have anything at least an hour before I take a pre workout, or even think about training if I just ate something big. That empty stomach feeling for days

Yeah, I don't eat for an hour or so before the gym. I use Gnar Pump because Dom told me to. Komodo Dragon tastes soooo good

Recently got on Mesomorph which has DMAA.

Honestly, strength gains are incrementally going up 10 days into it. Loving it so far!

Key is to keep yourself hydrated at all times. Anything less than a gallon a day is unacceptable

Plus check the date. It was banned/then unbanned since.

I see plenty of articles dated late 2015 that still recommend to avoid it.

I'm just bringing up to your attention in case you haven't seen the news. Your body - your temple.

Back in the day they'd go too crazy with the dosage, so maybe the fact that they cut back on it helps.

I'm of the days where ephedra was just a boost so everyone's body is different.

It's too bad they banned that though
