4th race in a row I didn't need to fast forward through. I'm amazed how much closer it is at the front now as compared to the start of the season.

Yeah McLaren still has the best of the rest mentality. They got pole and their plan was to beat Russell

Also they made sure Oscar pulled right out of the road and wave Max past so Lando doesn't have to fight Max. Genius!

I've heard it more than once the McLaren has the faster car, that actually is meaningless at this stage of the campaign. Comparing a Larens' hairs breadth quickness in quali to what transpires in a full length race always gets back to how the team prepare and service the car and most importantly the strat. LAN could not do anymore or his team as RBR are simply always one step ahead somehow somewhere with McLaren in the one quicker car not being able to handle the complete procedure, struggling at the times when it matters including at the very start of the race.
Got to say that was a brilliant move by West Londoner Russell to take the lead when the lights went green but short lived going more into the laps.

Yes, Ferrari is going backwards...and Ham will find himself battling for P5-P8 next year because he is no better than Sai who is having a decent year and is pretty damn quick at times.

I do think Mclaren will hit a wall like Ferrari and even take some steps back. At the same time, we know RB can improve their car quite a bit and just being able to ride the curbs better probably gives a tenth or two, and hopefully this big upgrade package solidifies another 2-3 tenths or more for them. I still believe there is a higher ceiling for the RB20 than what everyone else has. Plus RB do need to get some flexi wings back and might as well see if they can implement a flexi floor so they can ride even lower.

If you listen to the (UNCUT)! onboard radio (MAX's last 15 laps) It was hard work for MAX to win this race .
