You not recommending that fitment on an xDrive in a post where you recommend that fitment with an xDrive pictured is about as clear as mud.

Maybe a simple disclaimer could help someone avoid a troubled transmission? I mean seriously, there's people on this forum that don't know when or how to replace their headlight fluid.

"Not sure if this will help but this is our VS-5RS fitment in 19x9 ET25 front and 19x10 ET38 rear. Tires are 255/35-19 front and 275/35-19 rear."
That's a fair point, I updated my post above with a note. Your phrasing it as a question each time made me think my reply was being missed rather than it being a post encouraging additional clarification.

To be honest I had already forgotten I previously mentioned it and you previously answered it.

Looks good. Makes me wish I had a reason to get a winter setup.

Ok thanks for this thread ... now im shopping for summer setup prior to spring before stock start dwindling and tire price increase on Jan 1st

Does anyone see an issue with this setup?

Please note mine does not have those stick on flares. m240i Black

Front

Rear
275/35R19

Front
19x8.5
+25 (no option to get lower offset)

Satin Bronze

Rear
19x9.5
+33 (option to get +25 but might be too aggressive and poke out)
5x112
66.6
Satin Bronze

Unfortunately the model I'm looking at does not have 10 inch in stock and jumps to 10.5inch.

I don't remember if you have xDrive, but if you do this setup will destroy your transmission with a nearly 12% difference in diameter.

I see you changed your ratio from 30 to 35 in your edit; I was wondering if the 30 was a typo.

Is the offset ok for the wheels?
I'm presuming I can fix via spacer as long as fitment above isn't poking out.

Comparing your setup to mine, which has fender flares that are 4mm thick, your setup will sit 13mm (front) and 11mm (rear w/+33) further inside. Accounting for the 4mm fender flares you will need 9mm spacers in the front and 7mm in the rear. Maybe subtract 1mm from each spacer if you prefer them sitting slightly inside. Otherwise, you could go with the +25 in the rear and it would be 3mm less than me, giving you 1mm outside the fender since you're w/o flares.

Didn't realize the fender flares were 4mm. That definitely now make sense when I was off on the winters I put on using your summer setup. I had thought I needed 25mm spacers on the rear and then when they put on rear tires it was sticking out like mad max.

I have to play around definitely with spacers between 7-10mm and see which look great on the tire I select.
cheers....

I was thinking they were a couple mm's, but I went to the garage to measure them before I responded.

Yes, it will work. You may want to add a small amount of negative camber in the front as you may be 1-2mm beyond the front fender flares.

Man I really like those work wheels for a winter setup! Can you share the specific model? Also what tires do you have in them?
