Have you given it the full beans yet to see how the S58 screams?

Installed autotecknic cf side extensions and went and took a couple pics. Nice to finally be modding this car.

Got some of the annoying necessities done:
-CS rear spoiler by TRE from AutoID (removing the stock one is ) -12.5mm front 15mm rear bimecc spacers also from AutoID (good quality, not worried about 'em) -TLG front mudflaps, super easy install -Carbotech front pads, also pretty easy. Letting dealership do the rears at break-in service cause of the parking brake stuff. Fronts seem good, no squeaking/clanking/etc but the wear sensor didn't fit, zip-tied it off and no error codes. lastly got the equalizer around the same spot I saw a post from a audio engineer say he put his on the m340i awhile ago, same basic system. Surround in middle setting. Never would've thought to bury the 200 and 500hz, still tweaking it a bit and the system still has to burn in. |

I tinted my side markers to make it darker and added the same material to the lower side fender by the rear tires hopefully it will help with the rock chips now that my tires are poking a tad. The material was super flexible.

600 miles past break in and I'm really getting used to the car's power. I thought I would wait until next year but I'm really getting the itch to do a piggyback tune. Traction has been incredible with my all seasons even in 40 F degree weather. The car can handle some more power and not diminish too much civility. Maybe after a few more reviews of JB4 vs Racechip and I will pull the trigger on one of those options.
Coming soon will be some wheel spacers. I'm torn between 15mm's on all wheels, or 15mm fronts, 18mm rears.

Added armor extended wing for fun.
After removing the m performance lip, trunk had to be re-wrapped. New wing is adhesive only without drilling, attached directly to paint. Wanted to go with the alpha n wing, but was apprehensive about drilling the trunk, especially since it’s a first for me with a substantial wing. Getting more adventurous with age I suppose. |

Like the CS rear spoiler, wish they offered it in factory-match colors. |

I finally got it out of winter hibernation and relearning how to work everything. I only had the car for about 2 weeks before I had to store it.
It’s like falling in love all over again. Am I going crazy though? My front parking sensors don’t seem to be working unless I hit turn them on manually. Rears are fine and not errors on the dash. I remember them working just fine before I put it away for storage. Are they like my wife’s weirdo TTS where you have to turn them on manually? Apparently only TT’s that came with the front camera run the front sensors automatically (according the Audi forums). Edit: I went to the settings and toggled the automatic sensors off then on again and that seems to have done the trick. |
