Indeed...the stewards can and do rely on video footage to rule on racing incidents and to apply penalties for breaches of the sporting code and technical regulations if they have been reported to them by officials or delegates.

BOT has said today that it was very unlikely that he would have caught Max even if he didn't have the jammed wheel nut problem, the 12 was just not capable in it's present form. Max would have just increased the pace if he tried.

I love Monaco, it's the oldest race on the calendar and it's a chance to see the cars close up for fans.
It goes without saying that whoever gets on pole (or starts first) is almost guaranteed 25 points, that hammy was held back is even more cause for celebration as it hasn't happened very often with the Merc strategy and it's good to see them in turmoil at this juncture with both drivers disgruntled.
Overtaking when the cars were smaller was on but now it usually ends in damage and carbon fibre flying off and you can't really widen the track at a place where you can't swing a cat.
