I'll be 100% honest w ya,I avoided the Monroe post office at all costs, for the very reason they are open on Sundays if you know what I mean...I drove an extra mile down to Harriman instead lol. I lived on Round Lake across from the old Acorn Pub but I think I mentioned that to you previously

Here in Missouri we rarely get California weather, but wow, the last 2 weeks have been brilliant. Mid 40's in the morning, 70's/80's in the afternoon, low humidity, and NO RAIN. Amazing really. I really didn't think anything negative about it until a local 14" water main broke and flooded a few streets. We had low water pressure for a few days, and a boil water order for 5. They said the main broke because the drought had caused the ground to shift. Drought? Such a weird word around here.

Amazing day in Atlanta.

81 degrees and 32‰ RH. Windows open until the unemployment adult child living next door keeps f'ing it up with his constant MJ consumption.

Time to move.

It's actually been pretty nice here the last week and a half. Although today was overcast and 67.

Frost advisory here last night, but it didn't quite make it to freezing with my low at 33.4 F. It was only in the 50's F yesterday, and my fingers were freezing from holding a screwdriver outside for a few minutes.....

We finally got some decent rain Monday evening which is good. It was the last yard treatment of the year, and I was going to look like a real a--hole putting out the sprinkler Monday afternoon after it stormed overnight Sunday into Monday morning.

Forecast is for low temps in the mid 30s next week. I just pulled out my winter wheels to get them cleaned and be swapped out by end of week.

Overcast, 64°F, on its way up to 80°F with a steady breeze and light rain late in the day. This is quite likely the last time we'll see 80°F this year.

Indoor day... No running, no cycling, no biking. Might as well start on the Fall cleaning.

Damp and dreary so far, but I think I'm going to get some wires (Ethernet and camera coax) pulled in the attic today

My belly got wet leaning into engine bay to check the oil. My socks are wet and feet getting cold since I walked all over a soccer field

Tonight we had a real old fashioned storm. It was awesome. Lightning, thunder, and lots of rain. Love it. And we need it. My favorite seasons have begun.

There is still hope.
