Nah, standard seats. I think I got partially unlucky with the timing of the build. Cars that were built/were a handful days ahead of the schedule mine was on were delivered already. I am guessing I was at the start of the next group waiting for a boat to the east coast. You would think that would mean I would be on the next one out but people have received confirmation from their CA that their east coast bound cars have left in the past week and mines still sitting.

Unfortunately, 10-12 weeks after completing production is the current norm for SLP vehicles destined for the East coast. I just had a client wait nearly 80 days after their production was completed.

Any update on this? My car has been sitting for over a month.

Update, as I’ve been MIA for a little - spent the weekend being a racecar driver at Spring Mountain 🤘🏼

1week ago I was told my car got on a boat. Still don’t know which boat (or if true), and app status remains unchanged. Yay

IF you can get your CA or someone to run a VIR, it will say if its on a ship and which one.

Just called BMW genius and CA confirmed my car is FINALLY in transit. Headed to Baltimore on Glovis Solomon and should arrive on the 19th.

Yeahhh, I'm on the Glovis Solomon headed to Baltimore due to arrive the 19th. Hope it gets on a truck heading to Toledo ASAP.

Read for Transport - Aug 11th
In Transit - Sept 2nd

Anticipation is a bitch, but 3mo from start of production to get the car isn't bad. When I ordered my Audi back in 2016, It took about the same amount of time, but there is no online tracker with Audi so it made waiting a little easier.

I showed my brother how I am tracking my car between vesslefinder.com, marinetraffic.com, my garage, BMW CA, BMW Genius and this forum. He told me that I have major issues! LMAO.

Nah, but I am tinting the widows, PPF and some aftermarket CF (mirror caps, spoiler). Not a fan of BMW’s CF options.

The Glovis Solomon is at Altamira after stopping at Veracruz. I am going to follow up with BMW genius/my CA to see if mine is getting on that boat at Altamira. If that boat stops at both ports where east coast cars might be and my car still doesn't get on, I am going to lose my mind lol.
