Rush was okay, they made it the best way they could to be exciting at least for the young viewers.

Just finished The Adam Project on Netflix. Not a great movie but not bad either. Found myself bored a few times but had decent special effects and sound. Wife thought it was good.

Malachi's Cove.
Here's a delightful film about a young teen girl whose parents tragically died that goes to live (and take care of) her grandfather on the Cornish coast in olden times.

Decent documentary on Netflix about the opening of the Fuyao automotive windshield glass factory in Ohio. Interesting watch not only for the cross-cultural aspect, but also potential Union implications. Definitely have a new appreciation for the complexity of manufacturing windshields!

Finally saw LA Confidential. It was good, not great but very watchable. It was a strong cast but Spacey was amazing.

Also saw the new Pixar film Turning Red. Based in Toronto so thought we would give it a try with kids. Turns out to be about girls puberty so two small boys were a bit lost at the theme. They seemed to like it, i thought it was pretty dull and scattered tbh.

You know there's gonna be a brightly lit up colorful super slow mo explosion from multiple different angles at some point in this movie. The man loves special effects and the man loves his explosions lol.

This is one of those movies I can watch numerous times. So good from beginning to end and the script, the casting and the acting were all stupendous. Imo.
